Hi, I'm Alex! I'm fitness expert and confidence coach who helps women build unbreakable mental and physical strength. I teach you to conquer fears, push past self doubt and become physically strong without dieting or spending hours in the gym.
I combine over six years of professional experience in both the mental health and fitness worlds with my own experiences overcoming childhood trauma, homelessness, eating disorders, and a broken back, to provide a holistic and trauma-informed approach to wellness and behavior change.
I get it... I was there too!
I used to have SO much fear and anxiety about food. I spent so much time and energy tracking my food, exercising and still not liking what I saw in the mirror.
I hated myself inside and out and lacked the confidence to go after my dreams.
